There is a preview link at the top of each page in your survey, and within preview you can JUMP TO PAGE to skip to a particular page.

Hi David. This is something we've talked about offering for a long time but haven't been sure how to build it to suite different customers desires.
It sounds a little like you think it should just upload the question titles? We had been thinking something like it would make all questions into radio button (single selection) because that is the most common question type.
I have one thought. We could take each line break with a blank line in between as text as a question, but if we see a line of text follow immediately by several more lines of text (each with a line break but no skipped blank lines) we assume that was a radio button question followed by the radio choices below. The next blank line would signify the next question is coming.
That would cover 2 of the more common question types. it would also set you up so that switching Text -> Eassy or Radio Button -> Checkboxes would be really easy.
Would that be simple and make sense. Feel free to offer other suggestions.
thx

I like that idea. Maybe a Preview tab on the left edge that never moves?
