  I also agree since we have folks we need to survey that don't have access to a computer to do the survey on-line. When I have a survey that needs to go to this audience I go back and use Survey Monkey.

  I agree! I'm surprised there is not an easy way to print clean survey docs. When I export my surveys into openoffice Writer, I get a messed up box the entire length of the right side of the page. Downloading to Excel leaves out the various charts. Exporting as a PDF does give a nice report on my monitor, but when I print that report, questions and answers get cut off in unwanted places at the page breaks. I'm assuming that most people desire the ability to share survey results with others via printing.

  This would allow, amongst other things, automatic "Certificate of Completion" pdf to be sent when a quiz is completed.
