create a visual-analog scale question type
More granular and precise than a Likert Scale. This would probably be a simple slider from one extreme to another, and would report out a value that reflects the slider's ending position on a 1-100 range.

Our customers want this! We are currently reviewing the best options for a visual scale question or questions.

Email Invitation Copying.
When copying a survey, it would be very beneficial if the email invitations and reminders would also copy. This would be a huge time saver for those of us that reuse and edit a survey base.

This is something were definitely looking at as we revamp the Email Invitation system in the first major revision post 3.0 launch.

enable the export of survey to a PDF with interactive form fields.
This feature is available on SurveyMonkey. There are times when a print version of a survey is desirable. I clean well designed PDF with interactive form fields would be very helpful.

Reports copy when you copy a survey
Currently copying surveys does not copy the associated reports. It should. An alternative implementation would be to save a report to a report library and then quickly add it to another survey.

Allow offline surveys to be created
Allow for surveys to be downloaded, filled out electronically offline, then uploaded to survey gizmo. We administer surveys to clients personally. Sometimes customer conference rooms do not have access to internet.

Conjoint / Trade off analysis
I'd love Gizmo to add a Conjoint / Trade off feature. Other online providers are working on this. This would give us researchers a new 'product' to sell our clients.

We are considering several new question types and export options. Conjoint / Trade Off is on our list that we are prioritizing.

Delete multiple questions/pages at once
When editing a survey, it would be nice to be able to delete multiple questions/pages, rather than having to delete them one at a time. I often copy existing surveys because they contain formating and some similar questions, but I often need to remove many pages and hate clicking on each individual page to delete this content. Could we add an option to the Reorder Questions feature to delete any checked pages?

Edit in place survey questions
It would be nice if you could click on the question title in the survey editor and change it like you can with the name of the survey.

Ability to add custom lines into the <head> tag!
Many stuff require additional tags in a page's header, like Google Verification, Facebook share tags, iPhone browser detection, or maybe simply to add some keywords, and many-many other features.
Would be cruicial to have this option in order to have surveys customizable beyond appearance.

Create a bulk PDF download feature. I want to make a backup of respondants.
I have 350 survey respondents. The data is pretty valuable and I'd like to make an individual backup of each respondent. Is there no ways to do a bulk PDF download?

This was a feature of SurveyGizmo 2.6 and we hope to bring it back in SurveyGizmo 3.0, bulk response PDF download for Enterprise accounts.

Add Median, Mode, and Mean calculation tool for surveys.
It would be great if there was a built in mean, median, and mode calculation tool in the survey system.

We are currently planning on adding an option to include a Media or a Mode to all applicable question types. We will review the idea of adding Median and the option to do calculations excluding those that did not answer the question.

Please provide a spell check function.
We all want our surveys to look professional. Please provide a spell check function.

Provide a show/hide option for pages while in edit mode
It can become tedious to more around while editing a long survey. If we could collapse individual pages, just showing their titles, it would be much easier.

OCR - Optical Character Recognition scanning add-on
It would be fantastic for Survey Gizmo to offer an OCR module or add-on that will read scanned-in paper surveys. My evaluation consulting firm would pay a premium for this type of service as it is often cost-prohibitive to manually enter paper surveys for our clients who request or require paper surveys. Not to mention the likelihood of human error when manually entering survey data. SNAP Surveys offers an OCR module, but we don't like most of their other features.

Create an option allowing individual survey responses to display only questions that were answered
When you have a very long survey containing lots and lots of questions--may of which will not be answered due to page jumping--its often quite difficult to locate the actual answers when scrolling through the user's response. Allowing an option that allow the report to display only the questions/answers that were actually answered would make life (and storage!) much simpler

We are working on your feature request. We have already made quite a few changes to the overview page and how individual responses are viewed. Now questions look more like they do in the survey, extraneous html has been removed, and skipped pages of questions are not shown. We will continue to do more until we complete this feature request.

add an option prevent duplicate entry for pop-up/pop-under surveys
So the survey doesn't reappear on the page if they have already completed it (based on a cookie?)

Improve export of RELATIONAL data
When relational data are exported, the results are flattened in a way that makes data analysis unbearably complicated. Suppose a question asks the user to enter up to 5 foods they ate, and the following page pipes those responses into a question which asks the respondent to indicate if anyone in their group at the same food (yes, no, DK). Currently, the export will create one column for **for every food item ever entered in the survey**. This means that if I have 100 respondents and each of them enters a different food, I am going to end up with… more
