Currently copying surveys does not copy the associated reports. It should. An alternative implementation would be to save a report to a report library and then quickly add it to another survey.

When editing a survey, it would be nice to be able to delete multiple questions/pages, rather than having to delete them one at a time. I often copy existing surveys because they contain formating and some similar questions, but I often need to remove many pages and hate clicking on each individual page to delete this content. Could we add an option to the Reorder Questions feature to delete any checked pages?

The user enters their date of birth. The questions they get are then dependent on the age range they all into.

Salesforce Sandbox Integration [updated]

Would like to have the ability to integrate to a Salesforce sandbox as well as to the Salesforce production instance. This would greatly improve the ability to test the survey integration with new custom fields/objects prior to those fields/objects being deployed to the Salesforce production instance. As well as helping to keep dirty data out of the Salesforce production environment.

Provide the ability to counter balance pages of questions. Counter balancing is a technique to control the order effects of asking questions. For instance, suppose Question A has an effect on answering Question B, or vice versa. Obviously, one respondent can only see these questions in one order: either A then B, or B then A. Counterbalancing makes these presentation orders equally likely across respondents. Hence, if there is an order effect, this effect cancels itself out on the average.

I used to be able to download all individual responses into one PDF using (pdf Redirect Pro). I would like to see this feature available in surveygizmo as it would help me to send one file to my clients with all of the individual responses.

I would like to utilize an API to programmatically clone and amend survey reports. The use case is that a report author will create the perfect summary report to represent an overall business scenario, then once this report is finalized and approved by the business it will be programmatically cloned, updated with a new title, and have a specific filter applied. This enables my company to provide business intelligence to segments of its business community based upon a common reporting framework with minimal operator overhead.

We would like to see a feature (as some of your competitors have) where you can set the URL redirect on the thank you page to wait a few seconds before redirecting you. This will allow them to see the thank you message. We have a Javascript redirect, but we would like to see it built into the tool.

If I have a survey that supports 2 different languages, I'd like the ability to export the survey in each language. So if my survey supports Spanish and English, I would like to have a PDF of my survey in English and Spanish.

I have 350 survey respondents. The data is pretty valuable and I'd like to make an individual backup of each respondent. Is there no ways to do a bulk PDF download?

I'd love to be able to supplement existing responses with those generated via a paper version of a survey, or with data aquired elsewhere. Happy to pay for this on a 'per upload' basis perhaps. Would also help in migrating existing survey response data away from other tools like Zoomerang.

It would be fantastic for Survey Gizmo to offer an OCR module or add-on that will read scanned-in paper surveys. My evaluation consulting firm would pay a premium for this type of service as it is often cost-prohibitive to manually enter paper surveys for our clients who request or require paper surveys. Not to mention the likelihood of human error when manually entering survey data. SNAP Surveys offers an OCR module, but we don't like most of their other features.

More granular and precise than a Likert Scale. This would probably be a simple slider from one extreme to another, and would report out a value that reflects the slider's ending position on a 1-100 range.

That way a user could account for various spellings or answer variations. This is something that more robust system like captivate already does.

Right now you have to create a different link for each individual report. In Survey monkey the password gave user Full control of accessing data via a report with giving them access to the actual survey. They could filter, and create ANY custom report they desired. To show my team 5 different reports I'd have to create 5 reports with 5 different links...Burdensome and slow productive. And alot times not even create the report they were seeking. Thank you.

We have surveys that users enter very sensitive information into, we cannot use save and continue unless the user enters a password to reopen the survey. The user could set this password when they fill in their email address. If they forget their password the survey would simply clear the fields and they would need to start over losing their work.

This is an issue. SurveyMonkey lets me add an Other/Comments field to every question regardless of type. We use it fairly heavily and so if I can't get SurveyGizmo to do that I probably cannot use it. Bummer...I want the drag and drop question style.

I think the PERSONAL account level should include printing responses. I'm a small business and would highly benefit from being able to print the PDF's under the personal account. Pro is too expensive for me for such a basic feature. I would definitely upgrade if this were the case. And $19 would be worth it to me, $49 a month for this feature is not worth it.
