Counter balancing is a technique to control the order effects of asking questions. For instance, suppose Question A has an effect on answering Question B, or vice versa. Obviously, one respondent can only see these questions in one order: either A then B, or B then A. Counterbalancing makes these presentation orders equally likely across respondents. The user could set this password when they fill in their email address. If they forget their password the survey would simply clear the fields and they would need to start over losing their work.
Bentag:surveygizmo.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/101103602011-10-26T13:35:11-07:002011-10-26T13:35:11-07:00Export all data for all surveys automatically
Teddy Kim suggested:
I would like to export all the data and questionnaires for all surveys automatically by clicking one button. Or exporting by batch, client folder is also good. Export them one by one is very time consuming. Although we may not do this often, it will be very helpful as a way to back up the data. Thanks!
Teddy Kim tag:surveygizmo.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/101100232011-10-26T12:42:12-07:002011-10-26T12:42:12-07:00Download CSV from Login Action of which passwords/usernames have been used
Anne Bezanson suggested:
I'd like to be able to see which login/passwords have been used already by downloading a csv within the login/action. This would allow me to see who has already tried logging in without having to log into the excel file and cross reference my original CSV I uploaded to the login action.
Anne Bezansontag:surveygizmo.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/100981592011-10-25T02:56:37-07:002011-10-25T02:56:37-07:00Have ability to add a Comment/Other field to every question. Can do in SurveyMonkey. Use often. [updated]
This is an issue. SurveyMonkey lets me add an Other/Comments field to every question regardless of type. We use it fairly heavily and so if I can't get SurveyGizmo to do that I probably cannot use it. Bummer...I want the drag and drop question style.

Christos Markou said:

I agree with Karl. I need to use this feature often.

I'm a small business and would highly benefit from being able to print the PDF's under the personal account. Pro is too expensive for me for such a basic feature. I would definitely upgrade if this were the case. And $19 would be worth it to me, $49 a month for this feature is not worth it.
Marni Zapintag:surveygizmo.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/100968272011-10-24T20:37:42-07:002011-10-24T20:37:42-07:00include printing responses with Personal account level. I would like to see this feature available in surveygizmo as it would help me to send one file to my clients with all of the individual responses.
Angelica Semlertag:surveygizmo.uservoice.com,2008-02-07:Event/100715562011-10-21T17:35:18-07:002011-10-21T17:35:18-07:00counterbalance
Keith Hullfish suggested:
Provide the ability to counter balance pages of questions. Hence, if there is an order effect, this effect cancels itself out on the average.
Keith Hullfish
